 Constitution

I.  Welcome

A.  League Commissioner is Anthony Cornejo. 

B. During the season, the commissioner(s) will be responsible to efficiently run the day-to-day operations of the league and will be required to interpret the appropriate course of action based on the terms outlined in this Constitution.

C. The League Committee are: evryone when needed.

D. This Constitution shall not be amended, bent, or changed during the season of play.

 

II. League Outline

1. There will be 12 league team owners.

2. Team buy-in is $100 for the 2016 season.

3. We do not use Divisions. Espn divisions are just formality. We are one Big Division. 

4. Each team will have 15 rosters spots of which starters will consist of 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 2FLEX, 1TE, 1K, 1DEF, 9bench.

5. Involves a full point per reception, as well as bonuses for stellar plays. will be posted on the League settings page. 

6. Draft order by pre-draft lottery prior to, or at the draft. 

7. Position Max: 2 qbs / 8 wr / 8 rb / 2 te / 2 k / 2 def.

8. Draft is snake format (1st pick in round 1, has last pick in round 2, and so forth).

9. Commish lays down the smack on candy asses when needed, so tread carefully (see sec I.B.)

 

III. Waivers

A. waivers will be done using the league online interface and settings (not a first come first serve basis).

B. Free agent acquisition system using team budget.

 

IV. Regular Season 

A. 13 weeks – No Conference's, No Divisions, with Decimal scoring.

B. All franchises are responsible to make sure their lineups are updated before kickoff of  every game of the week. Commish can enforce this if needed.

C. Play all teams once, and two of those teams twice.

D. Weekly schedules are made official only after lottery or the draft; using line C above.

 

V. Trades

A. No trades allowed

B. Add/Drops will be monitored closely too for tricks. Dont Fuck Around.

 

VI. Playoffs

A. The 3-round playoffs will take place during weeks 14-16.

B. 6 teams will advance to playoffs with the top 2 seeds receiving a bye for playoff week 1.

C. Seed 1 – the team with the best regular season record 
Seed 2 – the remaining team with the highest point total during the regular season 
Seed 3 – the remaining team with the best regular season record 
Seed 4 – the remaining team with the best regular season record 
Seed 5 - the remaining team with the best regular season record 
Seed 6 - the remaining team with the best regular season record 
These teams will be assigned as Seed 1, Seed 2, Seed 3, etc. 

 

Tiebreakers will be used in order from 1 to 6 to determine playoff participants:

Seed 1 will play Seed 6 
Seed 2 will play Seed 5 
Seed 3 will play Seed 4

D. Week 15 playoff losers will play week 16 to decide the 3rd and 4th place.

E. Loser bracket is a manual weekly adjustment due to espn format, in other words the commish adjusts it weekly to ensure proper outcomes of espn scheme.
